A portal that pulled together all the identity and lifecycle management plugins our team was building, so people weren't bouncing between a handful of disconnected tools. I led the design end to end on this one: I was the point of contact for anything UX related, and made sure the experience held together as we kept onboarding new plugins. One of the bigger ones it housed was a toxic access pairs plugin I helped redesign, which flagged dangerous permission combinations and cut security vulnerabilities by 40%.
